SCULPTURE 2014

It's has been a ridiculously long time since I've posted anything.  A lot has happened in my life since my last post years ago.  I've realized that while I love creating art and telling stories I'm pretty bad at informing people as to what I'm up to.  Here's to hopefully the first step to remedy that.  Anyways the first post is my sculpture from this year's class show.  I was way too slow sculpting this but even though it's rough I'm still pretty proud of it.  I actually got an honorable mention at the class show which was really great and something I wasn't expecting.  One thing I have to say is that if you ever get the chance to take a class or workshop with Rhoda Sherbell, or if you ever  get to see her work...GO! I've been taking Rhoda's class at the Art Student's League in NY for four years and she is one of the most amazing teachers and one of the the kindest ladies I know! I am so lucky to have her as a teacher and I'm so lucky to be able to go to class with some of the nicest, most talented people anyone could ask for.
